SUBMISSIONS

Both the THE DALEK EMPIRE  and KAIJUFAN ONLINE are fan based endeavors produced and created by the average fan.  There are no “experts” here, and any and all interested persons should feel free to contribute.  Our long time motto has always been: “By the fans, for the fans,” and we will gladly accept and encourage submissions.  However the following conditions do apply:

• All submissions, including accompanying photographs, must be e-mailed to us as a html/jpeg file, ready for publication.  All submissions must include a full name, mailing address and active email address.  We will also accept Word files, but suggest that  you contact us first before sending any submissions.
• The editors will, within reason, edit authors work for grammatical errors, but the sole responsibility for properly structured submissions rest with the authors.
• Authors grants permission for the Dalek Empire/KaijuFan OnLine to edit stories for publishing, such as spelling and grammatical errors, and publish their articles or stories on the Dalek Empire/KaijuFan OnLine web site.  All stories will be copyrighted under both the author’s name and Visagraph Films International (owners of the web site).  Visagraph Films International will not be responsible for editing or re-editing authors work, except as noted above, and will reject any submissions that do not meet our standards.
