I have been keeping John's History Vortex web site up and running, in a way to keep the memory of John "up and running" as well. I have asked people to submit articles, pictures, poems, songs, or anything that would go along with the History Vortex web site to be posted.

As always, stuff about history and, of course, Godzilla or anything Sci-fi is always welcome. I have received two postings, and you can view them here. The first is a wonderful tribute to John by Heather Strano, who was the PTA president at P.S. 121 where John taught history. The second is a review of the new Dr. Who series, in particular, the episode, "The 11th Hour", by Andrew Panero.  Andrew wrote articles for John and when he discovered that I was keeping John's "History Vortex" site going, he asked if he could write an article, and I was more than happy to welcome it.

Thank you Heather, and Andrew, for helping to keep John's memory and love of history and science fiction alive. Keepem' coming. Also check out the Dynaman article by Alex "DynaSmythe" Smith.
